At Brilliant Lighting, we want your home to shine in its best light; if your new fixtures aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in uninstalled, resaleable condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Carefully repack the lighting fixture in its original box, including all mounting hardware, crystals, bulbs, and instruction manuals.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
